Section 56
Right to enter the real estate
For the purpose of investigating something according to this Act, the concerned village or municipality, base, committee or officer may enter the real estate of any person concerned by giving prior notice. However, when such an officer enters someone's real estate, 1 member of the village or municipality must be a witness.
